Day 303 August
2, 2018
It was a slow morning which was fine with me for the wind
was blowing through the trees making a wonderful soothing sound. When we finished our breakfast, we headed
into town about an hour away with no real plan.
It was already going on noon and we were both hungry, so I picked out
Piecasso in Stowe, VT for us to eat at.
Stowe is a cute biking town with craft beer places all over and bike
trails everywhere you look. The buildings
are of an old Victorian style and something catches ones’ eye at every turn.
Piecaso was a nice place and I ordered an old fashion,
truffle fries and a portabella pizza which we absolutely devoured. From there we drove back to where Jason went
mountain biking the other day and while he road I watched Doctor Strange after
attempting to update my blog and failing due to a poor internet
connection. When he got back he wanted
to drive to Burlington to look for parking; unfortunately, it did not work out
and so at 21:00 we just pulled into a parking area off the side of the road.
